The concept of the church and parents partnering and working together to raise the next generation is as quondam equally the Bible itself. However somehow many places accept adult the mindset that parents do their affair while church does its thing, but they don't do information technology together. Many children's and/or youth ministers accept created a drop-off surroundings and hung out a "yous're not welcome" sign to parents. We're ameliorate at this than you are. Parents aren't getting the assistance and back up needed from the church so many parents are saying "we don't need y'all."
Joiner does an excellent job laying the groundwork and basis for the Orange concept and gives several applied ways to develop and implement it. He also uses excellent Bible examples and other references to support information technology.

...moreThis has been around for a while, and I recently heard about information technology through my kids. Very helpful. Honey the idea of focusing on the themes of wonder, discovery, and passion. While the focus is on families and student ministry, these themes are applicative for all disciples.
Challenging read that leaves you with more questions than answers, only there are enough of ideas. I'll be thinking most this one for some time to come.
